We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully when it arrives, to ensure it has not been damaged during the shipping process. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hrs of receipt of goods, by writing to austen@1606corp.com you will need to provide detailed information, including images for any product damaged during the shipping.

If you are not satisfied with our product you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Please submit your request by writing to austen@1606corp.com or go to our Contact page.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products in your state or country.

Please email if there are any issues with the product you received. If you want to return your unopened product, and it is within 30 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.
No return mail address is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for returns, please feel free to email us.**Please also note that we do not have a money-back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used** 

Return Process:

Email us at austen@1606corp.com within 30 days of receipt of goods to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to austen@1606corp.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy to all 1606 Hemp’s products purchased via retail.
1606 Hemp will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on 1606hemp.com will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
All 1606 Hemp’s products contain less than 0.3% of THC.
